Behavioral evaluation

You, your dog, and I will spend 30 minutes together at your home or the park, observing the dog’s behavior and target problem areas. Next, your pup and I will spend 2 hours together around town, at a coffee shop, home-depot, leash walks, long-leash at parks, or in the car or house, all depending on your pups personality and behavioral needs. This helps us see what Buddy’s like without his pack present. Total time spent is 2.5-3 hours. At the end, you will receive a report card, detailed write up regarding overall behavior, problem areas, realistic behavioral targets, training recommendations, and homework.

Not sure exactly what’s best? Are you simply looking to maintain existing behavior, do you have an irregular schedule, or do you want to use training as an enrichment tool? This option probably makes the most sense for you. Hourly, flexible, and no cancellation fee, schedule at the convenience of you and your pup’s schedule. Maximum of 4 hours per session for just dog. Maximum of 1 hour per session for dog and parent.

Rate (dog): $75 / hour

Rate (dog & pack): $100 / hour

4-week modify program

Three hours a day. The ideal candidate for this training schedule is one who knows their basic sit, stay, come, down, wait, off commands. A dog who has some degree of leash manners and general social expectations like jumping, barking, counter surfing, etc. is going to thrive on this lesson program. Similarly, a dog with great manners but one/two specific problem behaviors, like anxiety, barking, or reactivity will benefit from this training. We will work on more conceptual training like recall, heel, public manners, play manners with dogs/people, advanced commands, scent training, or target one major “problem” behavior. Your pup and I will spend four days a week together. The first 2.5 hours with me and the last 30 minutes with you and your pack. You will receive a report card and homework at the end of each week. Five a la carte lessons included post-program.

6-week basics program

Four hours a day. Designed for a dog on the newer side of training, we follow a six-week program focusing on basic commands, social manners (mouthy, barking, jumping, etc.), leash etiquette, focusing and basic recall. We’ll spend four hours a day together, 4-5 days a week. The first four weeks, I will spend the first 3.5 hours with your pup. This consists of pack therapy with my impeccably behaved two adult dogs, public outings, leash manners, long-leash recall training, and basic commands. The last 30 minutes we will all spend together reviewing the day and new commands or behaviors. You will get weekly homework and recommendations after each four-day week. This helps your dog to function and learn in a real-life environment. The last two weeks will be 2.5 hour sessions, with the last 30 minutes at drop off reviewing the day’s work with you and your pack. After the conclusion of the program you’ll have six a la carte lessons to use for refreshers.
